Agglomerated Welding Fluxes
Company Info:LAIWU JINCAI WELDING MATERIALS CO., LTD
Detailed Product Description:
AGGOLOMERATED FLUXES FOR SUBMERGED ARC WELDING:
1. LJ-SJ101:being defined as a Fluorine-Alkali type of bonded flux, with alkality degree of 1.80
2. LJ-SJ102:being defined as a Fluorine-Alkali type of bonded flux, with alkality degree of 3.50 and especially high impact tenacity.
3. LJ-SJ301:being defined as a silicon-calcium type of mild bonded flux, with alkality degree of 1.00Being suitable for common steel constrcures, boiler steel constructure and pipe line etc.
4. LJ-SJ401:being defined as a silicon-manganese type of acid bonded flux, with alkality degree of 0.60.widely being applied to weld low carbon and some low alloy steel.
5. LJ-SJ403:being defined as a silicon-manganese type of acid bonded flux, with strong ability of anti-rust,being not sensitive to the rusty marks ,oxidation films and oil contamination.
6. LJ-SJ501:being defined as an alumium-titanium type of acid bonded flux, with alkality degree of 05-0.8 and strong ability of anti-airhole,and the specific gravity being small when loose loaded.
7. LJ-SJ601:being defined as a alkality type of bonded flux, with alkality degree of xxxxx being used to weld important structure of stainless steel and high alloy steel
The above are some of our main welding fluxes for Submerged Arc Welding. We can also produce the fluxes according to buyer’specific proportion.
REMARKS:
1. Before welding, fluxes need to be baked for two hours at 300-500 degree.
2. Removal of rust, oil, dirt, water, impurities etc. in welding-area is required.
